Biography

Dr. Yu-Ming Peng is an Associate Professor in the Bachelor's Degree Program in Semiconductor Technology at Asia University. He received his Ph.D. in Microelectronics Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU).

Before joining academia in 2025, Dr. Peng accumulated extensive industrial experience, serving as a Principal Engineer at Powertech Technology and a Senior Engineer at ITRI. His expertise lies in advanced packaging, power devices, and semiconductor process integration.
